Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to offer a clear understanding of the terms under which you can cancel your order, request a refund, or return a product. 1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Domestic Orders (India)
- Cancellation Period: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before the order is dispatched from our warehouse, whichever comes first.
- How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at care@organicsandyou.in or call us at +(91) 91541 50554. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation, and we will process your request.
- Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once your order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. You may, however, follow the return process after receiving your order if you wish to return it (subject to our return policy).
1.2 International Orders
- Cancellation Period: For international orders, cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched for shipping.
- Post-Dispatch: Orders that have been dispatched for international shipping cannot be canceled. Please ensure cancellations are made within the time frame to avoid additional international shipping charges.
2. Return Policy
We aim to deliver products that meet your expectations. However, if there are any issues with the delivered product, our return policy offers solutions.
2.1 Conditions for Return
- Eligible Products: Only items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are eligible for return. The product should be in a resalable condition.
- Non-Eligible Products: Due to the nature of certain products, we do not accept returns on perishable items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and other consumable goods. However, if such items are damaged or defective, you may qualify for a replacement or refund (see below).
- Return Period: You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include clear images of the damaged or defective product when submitting your return request.
2.2 How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at care@organicsandyou.in with your order number and images of the product.
- Once the return request is approved, we will coordinate a return pickup.
- All returns are subject to inspection before being approved for a refund or replacement.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund for Canceled Orders
- Domestic Orders: If you cancel your order within the allowed time frame, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
- International Orders: International order cancellations will be refunded within 7-10 business days, excluding any international shipping costs that may have been incurred before cancellation.
3.2 Refund for Returned Items
- If your return is approved after inspection, we will process a refund within 10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
- Partial Refunds: If the product shows signs of use or tampering, only a partial refund or no refund will be issued based on the condition of the product.
3.3 Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes for international orders are non-refundable.
- Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for refunds.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear images.
- We will arrange a replacement for the product if it is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
- If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be processed.
5. International Orders and Shipping Charges
- Shipping Costs: For international orders, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Duties and Taxes: Any customs duties and taxes incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are also non-refundable.
