- Orders below ₹1,000 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹50.

- In remote or rural areas, delivery times may extend to 7-10 business days.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping details.

2. Delivery Terms
- Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- P.O. Box Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
3. Return and Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that every product we deliver meets your satisfaction. However, if you encounter any issues, our Return and Refund Policy has been designed to assist you.
3.1 Returns
- Eligible Products: You may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Ineligible Products: We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, such as fresh produce, dairy, and other consumable products, unless they are defective or damaged during transit.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damaged product along with your order number to care@organicsandyou.in for verification.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item delivered by us. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.
3.2 How to Return a Product
