PROCESSING: Organics & You Spices Coriander Powder is a proprietary formulation made by mixing freshly ground Coriander Seeds and Cumin Seeds. Both are roasted separately, finely ground and then mixed evenly.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Organics & You Spices Coriander Seeds Powder gets its taste from naturally occurring volatile oils, especially Linalool which is present in the highest concentration in the seeds. While Organics & You Spice Cumin Seeds contain Cumin-aldehyde, the major active principle, which is present to an extent of 45-50%.
